Maurice Robertson, principal of The Antique and Vintage Table Lamp Co , has had a lifetime’s association with antique porcelain and pottery,with his commercial experience spaning a period of 40 years,including as a valuer to the Australian Government’s Incentive to the Arts Scheme. His long experience with antique ceramics and glass also includes dealing with leading museums and numerous international private collections. He has extended his ceramics expertise into the quality table lamps seen on the company’s site, he is well known to local and international interior designers who have included many of his table lamps in their projects and has also supplied items of national interest to the official Sydney residence of the Australian Prime Minister.

We're getting married on an ice rink and having a reception at a golf course. How do we tie them together?

It will be a late August Wedding on the Ice. Family and Friends Skate for 1 hour after. Then photos at the golf course (transportation by antique car) and then the reception with a great alternative cover band!

It all sounds fun, but how do we tie the Ice Rink in with the polished reception?

Our colors with be white, deep red or burgany and gold/kaki.

We would like to send tickets for invitations. We have some ideas like skating though a line of hockey sticks, skating together, but are looking for more. THANKS

(I played hockey growing up and he plays for fun now. )

I know this may sound cheesy, but the very thought of it makes me laugh so I have to share...

Give every guest a cheap hockey stick as a wedding favor. Have people take shots from center-ice for the right at first dibs on pieces of cake.
Then tell your guests to bring the hockey sticks along to the golf course, and once you're there you could have them use the hockey sticks in a Happy Gilmore-style putting contest. And instead of tossing the bouquet, the bride could slap-shot or drive the bouquet (of course, people may have to stand a little further away than usual.)
