Why You Need a Custom Steering Wheel
Few accessories can change the look of a car's interior quite so effectively as a new steering wheel. However, looks aren't the only reason that you should install a new steering wheel. Depending on your application, your new wheel can give you greater performance, an easier turning radius to negotiate and other benefits.
Vehicles –
Tuner Cars: For tuner cars, a performance (race inspired) steering wheel is the only way to go. You'll find a wide array of styles and finishes to choose from, as well as other options. Race inspired steering wheels have a smaller diameter than your OEM wheel, which makes tight turns, handling on the road and even regular driving easier to handle. Custom options, such as neon wires can be added or you can purchase wheels with them already installed, for your convenience.
Trucks and RVs: Stock steering wheels in trucks and RVs are usually a touch to small and pretty bland, to boot. Wood grain steering wheels, leather wrapped wheels and larger steering wheels all offer numerous benefits over stock wheels. Several manufacturers offer custom steering wheels for trucks and RVs, though Grant is one of the dominant manufacturers in the marketplace. You'll also find race-inspired steering wheels for trucks and RVs.
Passenger Cars: Passengers cars can also benefit from custom steering wheels. Numerous styles and diameters are available, depending on whether you want race styles or luxurious comfort. Leather wrapped wheels are a great option for any passenger car that is driven frequently.
Styles –
Race Inspired: These steering wheels offer stunning looks and come in a variety of colors. You'll find flat-bottomed options, as well as oval and comfort grip options. These steering wheels provide you with the performance that you demand. By decreasing the diameter of the wheel, you'll find that you can turn the wheel more easily, enabling you to drive better and attain the utmost performance.
Banjo Style: Banjo style steering wheels offer your vehicle a classic look that is truly beautiful. Perfect for classic cars, these steering wheels bring a touch of class to any ride in which they are installed.
Wood Grain: Wood grain steering wheels are a luxurious choice, especially for trucks, SUVs and RVs. These steering wheels are usually oversized, providing better handling of the vehicle.
Leather Wrapped: Leather wrapped steering wheels are luxurious and comfortable, fit for a refined sports car, RV, luxury passenger car and many other vehicles.
Tips –
To successfully install your new steering wheel, you'll need a couple of tools and some information. While the process is not difficult, it can be tricky if you have never done it before. You will need a wheel puller, first. You can purchase or rent one from most local auto part stores. Remove the center cover of the steering wheel and you'll find the large nut holding the wheel in place. You'll also find the wiring harness for the cable reel. Disconnect the wiring harness and remove the nut and you'll be on your way. The wheel puller is used last, during the actual removal of the wheel.

connecting a horn relay (Classic mini 1981 mk5)?
Recently my horn wasn't working and after some testing resulted that relay was the problem.
Now i bought a new one and i forgot to label the wires and now i don't know how to connected back in again. I have 4 wires which only 3 of them i can identify. 1st one is coming from the 2 horns. 2nd wire is coming from the solenoid and i thinks its the supply. 3 rd wire is a ground/ earth that is screwed t the car body. the 4th wire is going in a bunch of wires /harness i thinks its from the switch right ? I'm not sure.. maybe you can tell me which wires to wich number on the relay i have to plug it in please because i could see that on the relay there are some numbers like 80,30,85,87 etc.. these are examples im not sure which numbers there are but the relay is a normal one
thanks alot

What you need to do is supply power from the horn switch to the coil either 85/86 then connect the opposite to ground
then supply 12 volts from the horn fuse to 30
then the wire that feeds the horns to 87
Hope that help you
