Classic truck owners can you give some advice?

I own a 78 ford f106 truck, yes it needs work it runs & drives, but transmission leaks kinda bad. The body is in somewhat fair condition, the tires are all bad.. The title has not been brought up to date for years now it will cost me $300 to do that. My question to you will be the following, with the description I gave you, the year make & model, plus the condition of this truck, can you give me a ballpark value of what this truck may be worth.
