arizona custom car shops/help?

anyone know of a place in phoenix that does work on scions? (i have a 08 tc)
i see all these vids on utube but most say dont try if ur a beginner, and i dont know a whole ton to begin with so i was wondering if u guys knew some place that does like the leds in the vents, cubby, gauges, etc, like can paint the waterfall, body kits all the good stuff that seems to advertise alot in southern cali and on places like clubscion
