If i enroll in vocational school will i have to take unnecessary classes?

I was enrolled at miami university hamilton which is a branch from the main campus. While i was there i had to take a lot of pointless prerequisites like a bunch of english math science history theater appreciation art music power volleyball weightlifting. The english math and science and all that i understand because my major was business management. I really want to work on cars and open my own custom shop and want to go back later after the shop has opened and running the way i want it to and get my business degree. but for now i want to further my knowledge on car customizing.

so my question is if i enroll in a vocational school for auto body will i have to go through math classes history english and all the high school classes all over again or will it only focus on auto body and anything related?
