Where is the best place to sell car?

Looking for the best place to sell a car. I have done the ebay route with either no bids or the ones that do always end up reneging on the actual purchase. Craig's list is people wanting to pay half of what I am asking, Auto Trader I felt like I could get better results advertising on the bathroom wall. And cars.com was ok but I was surrounded by dealers asking the same price and offering financing.... where can a private seller go?

p.s. It is a dodge 4x4 2006. Maybe a custom mag or site?

I used a company called CarInnovations.com. They have been around a while and most people don't know they have options like this out there. They basically do everything for you, put you on a ridiculous amount of web sites, then put THIER phone number on your listing so they can take all your calls and offer your buyers financing, shipping warranties, etc.. I didn't have to do anything once I listed with them except wait until they found a buyer for me. Not sure about your 4x4 , I had a IS 300. But it was WAY better than having strangers come to my house that constantly low balled me.
