I would think it would be too difficult to get parts for the NSU engine.
,Then again would the owners just store them until the car's value as an antique increases?

Why would you want to destroy a modern day classic in that manner.

Parts are readily available in Europe for the RSU. US speciality suppliers have access to them as well.
